PRIVATE LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY

Privates can be rescheduled at no extra cost if we are advised with at least 12 hours notice.

If you cancel a private booking once it has been scheduled and paid for, and you do not wish to reschedule, you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee but will receive a refund on the balance.

For privates that need to be rescheduled or cancelled between 6-12 hours there is a 50% fee.

Privates cancelled or needing to be rescheduled in under 6 hours notice will result in a loss of the full fees unless otherwise agreed on by the instructor.
