We offer two types of weekly memberships.
You can choose between a membership with practice times and a membership without practice times.
Weekly Membership + Practice Time
*Weekly Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Starting Your Membership
Your membership begins when you purchase it online, through the app, in the studio, or by phone/email.
You can choose how many classes per week you'd like and will be billed weekly.
2. Minimum Term
There's a 10-week minimum term for your membership.
During this period, you cannot cancel or freeze your membership.
3. Freezing or Canceling Your Membership
After the 10-week minimum term, you have more flexibility:
You can freeze your membership for up to 4 weeks per year by giving us 14 days' written notice at info@poledanceacademy.com.au with "Freeze Membership" as the subject. If you freeze your membership, you cannot use your credits during the time your membership is frozen. When you unfreeze it, you can continue to use your credits.
For example, if you plan to be away for 2 weeks starting on March 16, you must request the freeze by March 02 and specify when you want to reactivate it.
You can cancel your membership anytime by providing 14 days' written notice to info@poledanceacademy.com.au with "Membership Cancellation" as the subject. When you cancel your membership, you will forfeit any accumulated credits.
4. Class Credit Roll Over
If you don't use a class credit for a particular week, it will automatically roll over, as your credits accumulate they will be added to your account automatically. Practice time credits do not roll over week to week, and must be used in the week they are allocated.
5. Failed Payment
If your membership payment fails, you have a 3-day grace period to make the payment.
If you don't make the payment within three days, your membership will be canceled, and any accumulated credits will be forfeited.
6. Credit Expiry
Unused class credits are valid for 3 months from the date they were added to your account, as long as you maintain a current membership. If you cancel your membership, you forfeit accumulated credits. If you freeze your membership, you cannot use your credits during the time your membership is frozen.
Practice time credits do not accumulate, and must be used in the week they are allocated.
7. Class Cancellation
To cancel a class booking and get your credit back, you must cancel out of the class in the booking system with at least 10 hours' notice, otherwise you will forfeit the class credit.
8. Membership payments

Membership payments are non-refundable. It is the student's responsibility to manage their schedule and class attendance.
9. Payment Failure and Membership Cancellations

If your membership payment fails, renewal will be re-attempted for the next two consecutive days. You will receive email notification that your payment has failed. If three consecutive renewal attempts fail, the booking system will automatically cancel your membership and you will lose any credits you have accumulated.
If you are experiencing payment difficulties, please contact us as soon as possible and let us know so that we can work out a solution.
If your membership is cancelled due to non-payment, you will be liable pro rata for the classes you have attended at the full casual rate.
