Fill out the form. You will receive a payment link. The date and time will be confirmed once payment is made. We will send you a confirmation email. Please inform us of the final number of participants at least 1 week before the party. You will receive an invoice for the remaining (if there are any) additional participants.

We know everyone just want to have fun, but please don't arrive at Pole Dance Academy drunk or intoxicated. We have the right to refuse to let you participate in the pole class and to ask you to leave. You are not permitted to bring your own food and drinks. There is an additional cleaning fee if a mess is made by your party.  ​ If you are running late, please let us know. Please be aware if your party is running over time, additional fees may apply. This includes staying at the studio for an inappropriate amount of time after your class to get ready for your next destination.  All Pole Party bookings at Pole Dance Academy are strictly non-refundable once confirmed. In the event that a booking needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, refunds will not be issued. However, at the discretion of Pole Dance Academy, the value of the booking may be converted into studio credit. Studio credits can be used towards: → Pole Dance Academy memberships or classes → Purchases from Shimmy & Sparkle merchandise Credits are not redeemable for cash.
