1. Booking & Payment -Full payment (hire fee + setup fee + deposit) is required to secure your booking. -Hire is charged per day or per agreed hire period. -The $200 refundable deposit will be returned after the X-Stage is collected and confirmed to be in original condition. -Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received. 2. Delivery, Setup & Collection -PDA will deliver, assemble, and professionally set up the X-Stage at your chosen location. -The hirer must ensure clear access to the space and adequate room for safe installation. -Once set up, the X-Stage must not be moved, adjusted, or reassembled by the hirer. -PDA will return at the agreed time to pack down and collect the equipment. Additional fees may apply for: -Long-distance delivery -Difficult access (stairs, restricted parking, narrow entry points, etc.) -After-hours delivery or collection -Delays caused by the hirer at the time of collection. 3. Condition of Equipment -The X-Stage must be kept clean and used responsibly throughout the hire period. -No stickers, adhesives, tape, or non-removable substances may be applied to the pole or stage. -Any damage, marks, or missing parts will be deducted from the deposit, with additional charges applied if repair costs exceed the deposit amount. 4. Safety & Usage -The hirer is responsible for ensuring safe and appropriate use of the X-Stage. -PDA is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from misuse or unsafe conditions at the hire location. -The X-Stage must only be used on a flat, stable, indoor or PDA-approved outdoor surface. The equipment may not be: -Used for paid classes or workshops without PDA approval -Sub-hired or loaned to others -Used outdoors during rain, storms, or unsafe weather conditions 5. Liability & Responsibility -The hirer assumes all responsibility and risk associated with using the X-Stage during the hire period. -PDA is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage experienced by the hirer or any third party. -The hirer is financially responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of equipment. 6. Cancellation Policy -Cancellations more than 72 hours before delivery may receive a partial refund. -Cancellations within 72 hours may forfeit the booking fee. -No refunds are provided for cancellations within 24 hours of delivery. (We can adjust these timeframes if you'd prefer more lenient or stricter terms.) 7. Agreement By booking an X-Stage hire with PDA, the hirer agrees to all terms and conditions listed above, including all fees and responsibilities.
